Customer Requests
I want to fix the bite of my front teeth. My face also has a tendency to be underbite, so I want to fix it if possible.
Omotesando Sakurai Orthodontic Clinic's Proposal
Because the upper front teeth were tilted inward, the front teeth were biting in the wrong direction and the lower jaw was protruding forward, so we proposed expanding the upper jaw forward and reconstructing the occlusion so that the lower jaw would bite in the correct position.
In addition, because it is expected that there will be a shortage of space for the eruption of permanent teeth in both the upper and lower jaws in the future, we also proposed lateral expansion of both the upper and lower jaws. Furthermore, we will observe the future replacement of permanent teeth and consider transitioning to two-stage treatment at an appropriate time.
